Elite Strings encourages customers to contact us via email for assistance or to resolve any issues. We are accessible via email at all times, and also provide a phone available in the afternoon (2pm to 5pm weekdays), or we can call you back at a time which suits you by request.

Our shipping via Australia Post generally provides quick and smooth delivery and we ensure each order is posted within 1 business day and on the same day if possible. We can't control what happens to packages once they are posted via Australia Post, however we will always strive to be of assistance to the best of our ability. Unfortunately we can't guarantee any Australia Post delivery at a specific time, or date.

Strings occasionally break. We accept returns for strings which have unreasonable problems immediately or are clearly defective under normal usage. However, it is inevitable that over time strings under tension may break, develop poor intonation, or otherwise become unplayable. Elite Strings is not responsible for the varied durability of different products within that context. If breakage occurs frequently we recommend having your instrument checked by a qualified luthier for any imperfections that may cause problems. Early string breakage on correctly installed strings is usually related to over-tensioning or a guitar problem at the nut, saddle or bridge.

Strings On Wheels

Selecting "Strings On Wheels" during checkout does not guarantee we will be able to deliver you your order (please see Delivery Information in order to find out if you qualify, if you are still unsure you can contact us), however we will respond to you on the same day if we won't be able to deliver and attempt to arrange alternate shipping.

Note: Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible with deliveries being sent out in the afternoon/evening. If you place your order before deliveries are sent out, same day dispatch is possible.
